Pantry of Hope at Rise Church

We served 78 households with 276 total people at our Service Day on Saturday. Thanks to the volunteers who served and all the donations we have received! The next two service days are as follows:

Saturday, May 11th, 10 am-Noon
Saturday, May 25th, 10 am-Noon

Note: volunteers are requested to arrive by 9:15 am

The Downtown/Campus Groups will provide volunteers in May.

We are looking for people to partner with us each month. A printable list is available here if you would like to purchase food for the Pantry each month. Otherwise, using these instructions, you can donate money to us, and we will purchase food on your behalf.

First Fridays

This summer we will come together on the first Friday of each month to enjoy a night of food, fun & fellowship at the church building.

For our first event on Friday, May 3rd, you will be able to purchase pizza from the Pie Indy food truck or a five-dollar hot dog bundle that includes a hot dog, chips, and a drink. There will be a bounce house, music, yard games, and bubbles and chalk for the kids.

Bring a camping chair for the bonfire and s'mores, and don't forget to invite your neighbors!

Summer Youth Camps

Registration for our summer youth camps at Rock River Christian Camp in Illinois is open! This year’s theme is Unseen.

The camp dates for the different grades are as followed:

Grades 10+: Sun, July 14th - Sat, July 20th
Grades 8-9: Sun, July 21st - Sat, July 27th
Grades 5-7: Sun, July 28th - Sat, August 3rd

There is also a need for camp counselors! You can apply online on the Chicago church website.
