Chris and Kaylee grew up in our sister congregations in Chicago in Denver. Chris became a disciple in 2010 in Chicago and Kaylee in 2012 in Denver. They met in 2014 in Philadelphia and dated long distance for 4 years! 

Chris Graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2018 with a bachelors in history and a certificate in secondary education. Kaylee graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a bachelors in psychology. After graduating they both moved to Cleveland and got married in 2019. Chris lead the campus ministry in Cleveland for a year and a half, and Kaylee worked for 2 years as a behavioral therapist, before they found their home in Indy in 2021. 

They are now leading the youth and family ministry here at Rise church.
